As an Engagement Manager, you’ll turn AS Watson’s Data, BI and AI ambitions into practical programmes that teams can adopt and scale. You’ll connect business priorities, technology and change adoption to create smarter decisions, stronger O+O customer experiences and measurable value across the organisation. By enabling better ways of working, you’ll help AS Watson keep Putting a smile on customers’ faces through sustainable transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead Data, BI and AI transformation programmes from concept to adoption and value realisation.
• Translate business opportunities into roadmaps, workstreams and measurable outcomes using a scientific, data driven approach.
• Partner across Business Units, Group Functions and Technology to align priorities and drive execution through collaboration.
• Embed Data, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into daily operations to improve decisions and customer outcomes.
• Support O+O initiatives by connecting offline and online business needs with scalable transformation delivery.
• Facilitate governance, executive discussions and decision-making across complex initiatives.
• Coach project teams and improve delivery standards for sustainable outcomes.
  
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Strong programme and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical transformation outcomes.
• Experience delivering enterprise transformation involving Data, Analytics or AI.
• Understanding of O+O business models and how data can improve customer and business performance.
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem solving with Data, BI, Generative AI and Agentic AI literacy.
• Clear communication, facilitation and executive storytelling skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and adaptable working style, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Retail transformation experience is advantageous.
