As Senior Office Services Manager, you will help create a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace where colleagues, visitors and business partners can perform at their best. Supporting the Head of Office Services, you will lead the day-to-day running of administration and facilities operations, combining hands-on coordination with strong people leadership. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and support administration and facilities teams across reception, cafeteria, pantry, cleaning, technician and office administration functions.
  • Plan duty rosters and any backup arrangements to maintain stable daily office services and strong service standards.
  • Oversee office administration, including supplies, equipment, mail and messenger services, vendor liaison, invoices and office coordination.
  • Manage facilities operations to ensure office premises are clean, safe, well maintained and compliant with company policies, safety standards and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovation, relocation and reconfiguration projects with internal users, vendors and contractors.
  • Supervise front-of-house and hospitality services, including reception, visitor handling, meeting room support, cafeteria operations and internal event arrangements.
  • Monitor service quality, feedback and recurring issues, using a scientific and data-driven approach to identify root causes and improve processes.
  • Support sustainability, recycling and workplace safety initiatives while continuously exploring better ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with teams, departments, vendors and stakeholders to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions across our O+O business environment.

  • Solid planning, organisational and follow-through skills, with strong attention to detail and service consistency.
  • Practical experience in vendor, contractor, maintenance, cleaning and renovation coordination.
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to respond quickly and professionally to business needs.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under time pressure or during urgent operational situations.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A collaborative way of working, building trusted relationships across teams, departments and external partners.
  • A data-driven and evidence-based approach to improving service quality, efficiency, cost control and workplace experience.
  • High integrity, ownership and responsibility, with flexibility to support critical projects, repairs or renovations outside regular office hours when required.
