What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate business strategy into clear capability agendas, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify critical skills, leadership shifts, and future gaps
- Design end-to-end capability journeys (not just programmes) that are scalable, blended, and aligned to our O+O (Offline + Online) business model
- Drive employee engagement by embedding culture, purpose, and values into development initiatives
- Facilitate high-impact learning experiences that build leadership, performance, and behavioural change at scale
- Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Embed data and analytics into learning design, continuously measuring impact and optimising solutions for ROI and business outcomes
- Partner across the People Team to align development strategies with talent, succession, and organisational priorities
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, embedding purpose, values, and modern ways of working into everyday experiences
- Operate as a trusted advisor to the business, influencing how leaders think about capability, performance, and growth
