What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and controls
• Manage trade payments and daily Accounts Payable operations using a data-driven approach
• Perform account and intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
• Support month-end closing, journals preparation, and financial reporting
• Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Contribute to system implementation and process improvement initiatives
• Support ad-hoc projects and operational needs in a fast-paced, O+O environment

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
• Solid understanding of reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance controls
• Detail-minded, organized, and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
