As a Finance Manager in our Online Business team, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies and driving performance across our regional eCommerce operations. By delivering clear insights, strong governance, and data-driven decisions, you will help power business growth while putting a smile on customers’ faces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own regional eCommerce KPIs (including P&L and O+O performance) using a scientific and data-driven approach to budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Partner with Business Units to drive performance, delivering actionable insights with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Lead financial analysis (e.g., ROI, performance reviews) to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Review and enhance KPI frameworks, control books, and governance standards to support the O+O business model
- Act as SME on finance-related projects (e.g., payment, checkout, revenue recognition, reconciliation) through collaboration as our way of working
- Manage end-to-end online finance operations, including monthly controls, accruals, and variance analysis
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to ensure strong delivery and continuous improvement
- Support strategic and ad-hoc projects to drive business innovation and growth
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in finance leadership within an eCommerce or online business environment
- Strong understanding of digital business models, revenue streams, and KPIs
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle ERP, Power BI, SAP BO, advanced Excel)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, applying a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and partnership
- Experience in leading and developing teams to deliver high performance
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of the O+O ecosystem
- Detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined in approach, with strong follow-through
