Why This Role Matters 
This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Online & Offline) strategy, to deliver seamless and innovative digital product experiences that connect our customers across channels. As a Senior Product Owner, you will support the design of features on our websites and apps, ensuring our customers can find what they need as smoothly as possible while having the best possible experience. You will lead functional analysis and solution design activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives, optimise customer journeys, and deliver high-impact solutions that shape how millions of customers experience our brands, helping us put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Oversee the functional analysis, solution design, and delivery of digital products within a dedicated functional area, ensuring solutions meet both business needs and enterprise standards. 
  • Partner closely with a specific business unit to shape and deliver their online roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
  • Act as the key point of contact for the development squad, actively participating in Agile ceremonies and driving day-to-day delivery. 
  • Collaborate closely with UX Design, Product Owners, and other functional teams to identify cross-stream dependencies and ensure cohesive, user-centered product design. 
  • Champion Accessibility by Design principles, ensuring requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivered solutions align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and provide inclusive customer experiences. 
  • Produce high-quality analysis and review work from Product Owners, Junior Product Owners, and external business analysts to drive consistency and best practice. 
  • Champion standardisation and synergies across business units to optimise efficiency and scalability. 
  • Leverage AI to drive innovation, enhancing decision-making, optimising processes, and unlocking new opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Strong experience in eCommerce platforms, with specific knowledge of SAP Commerce. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes and principles, with experience working in fast-paced delivery environments. 
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, able to identify blockers and define effective mitigation actions. 
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation expertise, leveraging Microsoft Office, Copilot/LLMs, Miro, and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence); Atlassian experience advantageous. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technical teams. 
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements to enable faster and more efficient delivery. 
  • Acting as a go-to expert and demonstrating resilience while fostering a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
