Purpose & Impact
This role applies customer‑centric problem solving, data‑driven programme leadership and collaborative ways of working to deliver high‑impact analytics, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives across AS Watson’s global O+O (Offline + Online) ecosystem.
By translating business ambition into executable, value‑driven programmes and ensuring solutions move from design to adoption and sustainable run‑mode, this role helps unlock meaningful business and customer outcomes — ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces through scalable, responsible and impactful use of data and AI.


Core Capabilities You Will Apply Daily

1.Customer‑Focused Value Framing

  • Frame AI and analytics initiatives around real customer and business problems, ensuring outcomes improve customer experience, operational effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Anchor prioritisation and decision‑making on clear customer value, measurable impact and sustainable adoption.

2.O+O (Offline + Online) Business Enablement

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI, analytics and GenAI initiatives across AS Watson’s global O+O business model, ensuring seamless application across physical retail, digital platforms and back‑end operations.
  • Ensure solutions are designed for scale, integration and long‑term operability within core O+O processes.

3.Scientific & Data‑Driven Programme Leadership

  • Shape complex initiatives into structured programmes with clear workstreams, ownership, success metrics, dependencies and governance.
  • Apply a scientific, evidence‑based approach to prioritisation, scoping, sequencing and value realisation across data and AI portfolios.

4.Collaboration as Our Way of Working

  • Act as a central integrator across Business Units, Product Ownership, BI, Data, Analytics, AI and Technology teams.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment and decisions without formal authority, reinforcing collaboration as the default way of working across regions and functions.

5.Strategic Trade‑off & Decision Facilitation

  • Steer complex trade‑offs between business ambition, technical feasibility, speed, risk and value.
  • Provide sound judgement and arbitration to keep initiatives focused, achievable and outcome‑driven.

6.Executive Communication & Storytelling

  • Craft clear, compelling executive narratives, including decision papers, programme updates and high‑stakes facilitation, to support senior forums across regions.
  • Translate complex analytics, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI concepts into actionable, business‑relevant insights.

7.Adoption, Value Realisation & Responsible AI

  • Champion enterprise adoption, ensuring AI and GenAI solutions are embedded into day‑to‑day operations and deliver measurable, sustained outcomes.
  • Promote responsible AI practices through strong AI literacy, governance awareness and ethical use.

8.People & Delivery Capability Building

  • Coach and develop team members, fostering strong delivery discipline, customer focus and collaborative behaviours.
  • Contribute to building a scalable engagement and delivery model within DataLab.
