The individual applies integrated, customer‑centric communication skills to ensure clear, consistent and impactful storytelling across all channels. Through trusted, meaningful and engaging communications, they actively support the Group’s vision, values and O+O (Offline + Online) ambition — ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces.

1.Strategic Communication & Brand Stewardship:
- Design and execute integrated corporate communication strategies that enhance brand reputation, credibility and stakeholder connection across diverse markets.
- Translate business strategy, values and priorities into clear, compelling narratives that work across physical and digital touchpoints.
2.Multi‑Channel Communication Excellence:
- Orchestrate a broad range of communication channels, including media relations, public relations, social media, internal publications, websites, presentations, reports, crisis communications and large‑scale events.
- Maintain a strong customer mindset, ensuring every message and channel reinforces trust, relevance and engagement.
3.High‑Impact Content Creation:
- Craft and elevate high‑quality content such as speeches, presentations, articles and social posts.
- Apply a data‑driven, analytical approach to refine messaging effectiveness, optimise reach, and build brand awareness across corporate platforms.
4.O+O Storytelling & Digital Fluency:
- Shape communications that actively support an O+O business model, connecting physical retail experiences with digital platforms in a seamless, coherent way.
- Leverage insights and performance data to continuously improve content relevance and impact.
5.Event, Media & Community Engagement:
- Plan and deliver complex, large‑scale global events, media engagements and community initiatives with precision and impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, demonstrating partnership and “ways of working” excellence across the Group.
6.Reputation, Media & Issues Management:
- Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, media liaison and crisis response, ensuring timely, consistent and aligned messaging.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with media, partners and key stakeholders to reinforce credibility and reputation.
7.Team Leadership & Delivery:
- Develop people capability by coaching, mentoring and guiding team members to deliver at a high standard.
- Coordinate internal and external resources effectively to deliver outcomes at pace and quality.
