Role Purpose:
The Senior Partnerships Officer plays a vital role in driving sales and income by identifying category development opportunities across Beauty and Health categories, accelerating the execution of regional O+O (Offline + Online) campaigns across Asian markets, and expanding the Partnership Program—always with the aim of delivering engaging experiences and putting a smile on customers’ faces.
A typical day in this Role:
- Maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships with supplier partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs, O+O (Offline + Online) strategy, and commercial priorities to deliver meaningful value to customer
- Collaborate closely with supplier partners and markets to drive regional O+O campaign objectives, mechanics, targets, and timelines, working as one team to ensure best‑in‑class execution and seamless customer experiences across channels.
- Develop, analyse, and share regional insights, best practices, and performance summaries for O+O campaigns and exclusive brands, using data and results to inform decision‑making, enable cross‑market learning, and identify growth opportunities within Beauty and Health categories.
- Proactively identify and engage new supplier partners, leading initial discussions and managing the onboarding journey through a structured, insight‑led, and customer‑focused approach.
- Prepare and curate pitching decks, credentials, and partnership proposals tailored to potential partners, leveraging market insights and performance data to clearly articulate value propositions, partnership outcomes, and mutual growth opportunities.
