Overview:
This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring
the technology behind thousands of stores across Europe works simply,
logically, and reliably. You’ll sit at the intersection of business, IT, and
the shop floor translating ideas and challenges into smarter, more effective
solutions that make work easier for store colleagues and improve customer
experience.
Operational domain: Everything a store associate uses daily from inventory and orders to
Click & Collect. You ensure systems make work easier, not more complicated.
Transactional domain: Cash registers and transactions. Payments must always be accurate,
fast, and secure.
A typical day in this role:
- Translating questions from the business into concrete, workable IT solutions.
- Guiding implementations from start to finish—from analysis and configuration to rollout.
- Liaising with colleagues across the business, IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Asking the right questions: Why do we want this? What will it deliver? Can it be done smarter?
- Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and driving structural improvements.
- Documenting solutions clearly so colleagues understand what was built today.
- Collaborating on multi-market systems used across Europe, each with unique needs and regulations.

What you will need:
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional or technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with root-cause investigation.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers or external technology partners.
- Common sense first approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
- You’re fluent in English
