Role Purpose:
This role supports the creative development on Watsons Own Brands’ social assets & POSM & display guidelines, working closely with the Exclusive Brand Marketing team & Store Design Development (SDD) to bring Watsons OwnBrands activation to life in stores with consistent brand expression and O+O customer communication.
A typical day in this Role:
1. Social and Digital Content Creation
- Design engaging brand and product content for digital and social channels to reinforce OB storytelling and campaign messages.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Gen AI tools to speed up mock-up creation, image variations and layout options, before final manual refinement.
- Collaborate with Exclusive Brand Marketing to align creative with content, claims, and brand tone and voice
2. POSM & display Guidelines
- Support the development of OB POSM toolkits and display guidelines for new product launches (e.g., shelf strips, wobblers, headers, gondola ends, floor stands)
- Translate brand and campaign briefs into clear POSM solutions that specify placement, messaging hierarchy, and usage by store type and fixtures
- Prepare visual mock-ups and simple POSM layout boards to help BUs and stores understand how OB displays should look.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support with Exclusive Brand Marketing, Store Design Development (SDD) to understand business priorities and convert them into practical POSM and display guidelines.
- Support in implementation review by checking store photos and feedback, flagging gaps versus guidelines, and proposing improvements for future waves.

- Academic background in Design, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
- Experience in POSM design, or graphic/creative design; experience with FMCG, beauty, or retail brands is an advantage.
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a plus); native in Gen AI creative tools (e.g.
- Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and markets.
- Organized, detail-minded and proactive
