Role Purpose:
This is an international role to support the strategic growth of Watsons Own Brand product portfolio in Asia, focusing on the branding and communication of Watsons Own Brand products (Health and Beauty), as well as the brand management of Key Focus Brands to meet customers’ needs.
A typical day in this Role:
Brand Ownership & Execution
- Partner with Brand Marketing Manager to bet he brand owner of the designated brand /product
- Develop insight-led marketing toolkits, training materials, and brand guidelines
- Partner with Asia/Eastern Europe BUs, Product Development, agencies, and regional stakeholders for seamless execution
- Consolidate program performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
Packaging Leadership
- Lead end-to-end packaging process with Product Development team (concept, naming & artwork)
- Gatekeep timelines and quality acrossinternal/external designers
- Ensure packaging reflects brand positioning, sustainability goals, and competitive differentiation
Market Intelligence
- Leverage category trends to develop customer-first positioning and briefs
- Monitor competitive landscape and shopper behavior to maintain category leadership

- Solid work experience in product or retail marketing. Experience in the retail industry or advertising agency is an advantage.
- Academic Background in Marketing or Business-related disciplines.
- Capability in managing advertising and packaging agencies to deliver business needs in Asia.
- Good organizational skills and experience in meeting tight deadlines.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
