Manage end‑to‑end product development projects for assigned categories, overseeing all key aspects of the development process—from supplier liaison and cost management to post‑launch review—using a structured, scientific, and data‑driven approach to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Identify consumer insights, category gaps, and market opportunities through analysis of trends, performance data, and shopper behaviour, translating insights into innovative skincare concepts that meet evolving customer needs.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including Marketing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and suppliers to execute brand and product plans effectively, reinforcing collaboration as our way of working.
