CRM Analyst

Role Purpose:

 This position will report to the CRM Manager and support the development of CRM-related insights, including dashboard visualization and segmentation. Additionally, it will provide customer insights and implications from CRM analysis to drive further business development.


A typical day in this Role: 

• Work collaboratively with different departments and across business units in Asia to understand business needs and provide analytics solution
• Support in Dashboard development including requirement collection, data model & dashboard design
• Deliver a holistic view of the customer journey by integrating CRM data with other commercial data sources, such as Google Analytics.
• Work closely with IT department for data issue & script automation

Success will depend on:  

• Solid knowledge and experience in advanced data analytics experience, preferably in retailing/FMCG
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
• Proficient in Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL Server
• Proven experience in Tableau/PowerBI
• Knowledge in R/Python will be advantage
• Experience working with GA or Clickstream data will be advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business and marketing acumen
