Customer Insights Assistant

Role Purpose:
The Customer Insight Assistant will support daily operations, insight generation, and ad-hoc analyses of research projects across all Business Units and Functional Departments within the group.


A typical day in this Role: 

  • Provide support in all assigned research project management and survey set-up
  • Apply quality control to the data acquired
  • Analyze survey results and assist in reports preparation to summarize results
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers/supervisors

  • Academic background in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or other related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
  • Ability to multi-task with good time management
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
