Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst supports the Business Transformation Office in driving strategic and AI-related programs while ensuring consistent project governance. The role provides analytical, reporting, and coordination support across transformation and AI initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and the successful delivery of key business outcomes.
A typical day in this Role:
- Maintain governance standards by managing BTO and AI project KPIs, status reports, and core portfolio documentation.
- Support project intake and evaluation, including prioritization, benefits tracking, and resource planning across the transformation portfolio.
- Consolidate and validate cross-functional project updates to generate accurate, insightful portfolio reports for leadership decision-making.
- Monitor program performance, identify trends, and proactively flag emerging risks, issues, or dependencies requiring escalation.
- Perform analytical assessments on budget, timeline, capacity, and resource utilization to enable data-driven program optimization.
- Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to strengthen transparency and visibility of project progress, KPIs, and portfolio health.

Success will depend on:
- Academic background in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or other related disciplines.
- Solid work experience in PMO, Business analysis, or change management role. (Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail industries is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with prior exposure to data or AI-driven projects considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
