Head of Partnerships & Marketing (MoneyBack)

Role Purpose:

The Head of Partnerships & Marketing will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and build high-value partnerships. This role combines leadership in marketing strategy with partnership development to deliver sustainable growth and innovative campaigns for Retail HK business and Membership Program.


A typical day in this Role:

  • Strategic Leadership
    -Define and execute integrated marketing and partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
    -Oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, and customer engagement programs.
  • Partnership Development
    -Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance member / customer value propositions.
    -Hands-on involvement with partnership managers to cold call new potential partners and sell point programs  with margin generation.
    - Promote Retail Media opportunities to partners and potential advertisers, ensuring alignment with company sales targets.
  • Retail Business Support
    -Support Hong Kong retail business team to drive strategic segment KPIs and enhance member experience.
    -Design and run CRM programs per segment to achieve company targets.
    -Drive cross-business unit programs to generate traffic, O+O (Online + Offline) member sales, frequency and App engagement.
  • Team Management
    -Lead and mentor Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, and Partnerships teams—a total of approximately 20 teammates.
    -Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Performance & Insights
    -Monitor KPIs across marketing and partnership initiatives.
    -Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and partnership ROI.
  • Budget & Governance
    -Manage marketing and partnership budgets effectively.
    -Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Success will depend on:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines.\
  • 15+ years relevant work experience in leading a team of 15+.  With Track record in marketing, CRM, business negotiation & development, preferably with inhouse and loyalty program experience.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal & team-working skills.
  • Business acumen and operations knowledge within Retail Industry and/or Loyalty.
  • Proven management of large-scale multi-stakeholder projects from end to end.
  • Proven strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up style environment with tight deadlines.
  • Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
