We are looking for a passionate and proactive People Advisor to join our Group People Team in Europe and inspire growth and excellence by building a supportive community that offers expert guidance and strategic support to empower individuals and the overall business.

As People Advisor you’ll be based in Milan and you’ll look after, eLab Technology the ASW Group digital hub. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.
This role is pivotal in supporting our people strategy and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the digital hub. You will work closely with managers and colleagues to provide guidance on HR processes, support talent development initiatives, and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.

You’ll work closely with our Senior People Manager (your lead), and collaborate with other teams like Learning & Development, People Systems Team and the local HR team of Marionnaud Italy.

A typical day in this role includes:
The operational, administrative side of this job, combined with the tactical, advisory side makes you essential for our daily People practices! 

• You’ll act as a first point of contact for colleagues and managers on HR-related topics, including onboarding, performance, development, offboarding and employee relations
• You’ll support the implementation of people’s processes and policies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• You’ll collaborate with international People Team colleagues and other departments on cross-country initiatives
• You’ll support internal stakeholders to drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• You’ll maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and analysis
• You’ll leverage AI tools and digital solutions to identify opportunities for process optimization, driving greater efficiency and productivity across HR operations

What you’ll need:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar HR generalist or People Specialist role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• You are resilient, structured, and able to keep calm when things get busy - you’ll never be bored at AS Watson!
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical application to improve HR processes and personal productivity is a strong plus
