"I joined as a HR Systems Business Partner and since then I have been part of developing and maturing our HR Systems team.
Cornerstone is our main focus, which is a SAAS HR suite responsible for the management of Recruitment, Learning & Performance. Our focus as a team is not limited to just Cornerstone as a single solution, though!
I manage a small team of Systems and Data & Analytics experts; and we are part of a wider matrix team of talented specialists in IT and Digital Learning.
ASW has helped me push my own boundaries both personally & professionally. My growth continues today; keeping me on my toes and setting me up for new challenges everyday."
