Our mission is to support the buying of luxury and mass A-Brand and Own Brand products and services for our Business Units across Europe, while serving as an intelligence hub for the region. We are a team of commercial buyers, category consultants and project managers servicing our BUs. More than 5 nationalities are represented with expertise from different backgrounds including Sainsburys, Unilever, Intermarché, Tesco, Metro Group, SABMiller, Office Depot.

Our goal on mass and luxury A-Brand is to develop strategic and commercial partnerships across the region with our top supplier partners. Working closely with luxury and mass Buying Directors, the team works on value creation through topics including category management, supply chain excellence, CRM and eCommerce.

Meanwhile on Private Label we are focused on driving buying efficiencies through lower prices or increased value creation. Our services range from Group tenders, product harmonization, supplier management, supplier sourcing, raw material tracking, category reviews and innovation development.

OCO (Other Country Order) is one of our fastest growing divisions and makes it possible for A.S. Watson Business Units to source own brand products from other countries within the Group. OCO Europe leverages the Group’s own brand portfolio, improving time to market and keeps a competitive edge with a product offering that is exclusive to AS Watson.
