Antonello, Development Manager
"Nice to meet you! I'm Antonello, Development Manager at eLab Tech and I'm here to tell you a bit More about my team.
To give you a bit of background, eLab Technology operate as an internal tech hub for A.S. Watson Group. We take care of the omnichannel strategy for our European brands; delivering innovative digital experiences for customers via websites, mobile apps and stores.
At the moment, my colleagues and I are working on a very technically challenging headless project, based on SAP Commerce Cloud. The goal of the project is to standardize implementations and processes on our commerce platforms across all of our business units."
What could my eLab Tech journey look like?

"Since joining eLab Tech I’ve been working on technologies that I didn’t even know before; from Hybris to Solr, passing from Groovy and others, getting in touch with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices for the first time.
When I first started I had lots of passion and a little bit of knowledge, but being supported and encouraged has helped me grow. The Career Pathways are well defined and we are incentivized to take time to study for our own personal development.
It’s a good working environment, ready to accept the many peculiarities of anyone."

"I started as a Junior Developer, but in just a short period of time I was promoted to a Senior Developer.
Career Paths are accurately and easily explained in a format we call “Career Pathways” where you can discover your focus points to help you reach the next level, and you can discuss all the steps with your manager during your regular catch ups.
I also have to mention that if you reach your goals (set by yourself) there is a bonus up for grabs!"
