Our Mentoring Programme aims to create valuable mentoring relationships between people at AS Watson, as well communities of mentors and mentees that can share experiences with each other. "Working at AS Watson isn’t just about getting the job done, it’s about improving your skillsets and learning too! There are loads of opportunities available to you. The Learning and Development team provide a great framework of learning tools from Snackables which are available every week where an expert in a topic will give a talk or training, then there’s workshops where you can get more hands on and learn soft and hard skills while meeting colleagues from departments you wouldn’t normally work for which has proved really useful and insightful. Me and my team have definitely benefitted over the last few years from the huge variety of training available to us which has helped us grow as a team and improve in what we do!"
