Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital polo. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the Group, delivering e-commerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.
As Digital Insight Lead you will be responsible to provide accurate quantitative evaluations and analytics reporting on our digital channels and products, to support the Product Team in the definition of product roadmaps and development priorities for all the European A.S. Watson Business Units. For this role we need a passionate and always up-to-date geeky professional, with background in digital analytics management.

A typical day in this role includes:

  • Define technical tracking specification, tag management & configuration, data layer design 
  • Define and evolve digital product evaluation methods and reports 
  • Track and report on digital KPIs of all As Watson European Websites and Apps, ensuring the data reliability
  • Manage digital analytics tools including Google Analytics and Firebase, collaborating with the UK analytics team
  • Draft Business Cases to forecast impacts of new digital features with a ROI prospective
  • Support the whole Product Team in digital assessment drafting, roadmaps and strategy definition 
  • Keep monitored digital market trends and support digital assessment drafting
  • Present performance data in compelling ways which inspires others to take actions
  • Build and maintaining of interactive dashboards for essential data on Google Data Studio
  • Integrate data across multiple channels and share actionable insights with business stakeholders
  • Analyze the digital experience and ecommerce funnel to find ways to maximize conversions 
  • A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization

What you’ll need:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or related discipline. Advanced knowledge of digital reporting and product evaluation methodologies
  • +5 years of experience in similar or relevant roles within a complex fast-moving organization
  • Innovative and able to think open and broadly to seize opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Business oriented and results driven, able to manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and to proactively react under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends
  • Extensive experience in digital analytics management and tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Data Studio)
  • Fluent English spoken and written
