The role of the team is to deliver data insights and promote people analytics to better engage our functional owners with high usage of dashboards and reports. The aim is for our leadership team and business users to recognize our deliverables and use them to make data-driven decisions.
A typical day in this role includes:
•Assisting in driving the HR analytics initiatives and strategy.
•Collating data across all European Business Units to deliver regular reports to CK Hutchison Holdings (CKHH).
•Identifying the right data structures in collaboration with an external contracted vendor and optimize its quality.
•Improving the efficiency of reporting by being part of producing sustainable processes and automation.
•Maintaining our tableau server and user accessibility of the dashboards.

•You have an interest in HR and People data.
What you’ll need:
•5+ years of experience in data analytics and 2+ years of experience in Tableau (HR Data is desirable but not essential).
•You have strong data analytical and visualization skills.
•Strong collaborative skills to work in a team and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
•You have the ability to communicate clear messages and translate complex/technical concepts into simple interpretation.
