DataLab is the Analytical and CRM team within A.S. Watson Group. The role of DataLab is to provide support to our brands in building a data driven culture to use the power of data for retail decisions. Through insight and analytics, DataLab forms commercial CRM strategies to help the business drive positive performance and to create influential, effective campaigns. This role will give you the responsibility to design and develop actionable campaign and marketing insights and recommendations, enabling our brands to better understand our customer’s needs.
A typical day in this role includes:
•Analysing customer and CRM activities and programmes to define and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
•Working with the Campaigns team to support effective targeting and personalisation for customer communications - we love to personalise!
•Producing regular reporting for each of the 19 markets we serve in Europe.
•Ensuring existing CRM reporting is delivered to schedule and to a high standard, and that these reports are correctly interpreted by all recipients.
•Development of new analysis to respond to CRM business questions and needs, and supporting the DataLab team on further analysis that will be required for stakeholders when necessary.
•Being the point of contact for multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) for any ad hoc questions that may arise, giving a clear and insightful interpretations and recommendations.
•Support the DataLab team on larger strategic projects.

What you’ll need:
•You ideally have around 3+ years’ experience of using Data Mining tools such as SQL Developer, or 3+ years’ experience in a CRM / Marketing role with / exposure to CRM data analytics tools - and you have a keen interest in developing these skills further!
•You have experience with or knowledge of campaign delivery tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign)
•You have a strong familiarity with campaign measurement methods such as control groups, A/B testing, ROI.
•You have experience in/understanding of working with large relational databases including knowledge of SQL.
•Strong analytical (numerical) skills with an understanding of retail market regarded as a strong advantage.
•You are good at managing your time and priorities effectively and seeking out efficiencies where possible.
•You understand how to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders and are comfortable with developing good relationships and leading projects with these stakeholders.
•Experience in Visualisation of Tableau reports is a plus!
