The role of the Reward team is to support in the attraction and retention of colleagues across Europe through the successfully delivery of our core reward initiatives and programmes which focus on rewarding colleagues for their performance, providing benefits that engage and an overall package that is competitive in a local market context.  This role is responsible for the delivery of some of the core reward processes which underpin these programmes with a particular focus on our Group Office population. 

A typical day in this role includes:
•Ensuring accurate payroll of the UK offices along with high-level validation of other countries
•Ensuring the Pay & Bonus system is maintained and up to date with accurate information
•Ongoing validation and reconciliation of relevant financial costs
•Supporting with preparation and output of annual Pay & Bonus activities, and managing the Group bonus process for more junior colleagues 
•Ensuring colleagues receive up-to-date, relevant, and refreshed content on our colleague offer
•Managing our voluntary benefit suppliers on a day-to-day basis
•Responsible for holding accurate soft copy employment files as appropriate
•Supports the wider Reward team as required

•You have the passion to get into the detail (and just loves a good spreadsheet)
•Naturally apply high level data sanity checks and validates multiple ways to see if it drives the same outcome
•Can flex plans to support changing priorities, and are comfortable with both routine and varied activities 
•Resilient and overcomes obstacles to achieve goals
•Likes data and doesn’t take it at face value, identifying anomalies or trends
•Takes ownership of core processes, within timescale and a good quality
•Treats confidential information as just that
•Asks questions, listens carefully, and presents information in a clear and appropriate style
•Enjoys learning and working with systems 
•Happy collaborating in a small, close-knit team.

What you’ll need:
•Intermediate excel and word skills (e.g. vlookups, formulas, mail merges) 
•Great attention to detail, can spot issues and trends in information, methodical and takes pride in doing a great job
•Team player and self-starter with a positive outlook 
•Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ready to take on responsibilities 
•Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
