As the Communications and Engagement Lead you will be at the centre of a wide range of exciting activity working across different teams and many markets, including London, Milan, Zurich and The Netherlands. You’ll bring your creative passion, knowledge of what’s trending, and brilliant people skills to enhance what we do across internal comms and colleague engagement initiatives, as well as helping to shape our employer brand and external comms.
A typical day in this role includes:
•Producing and distributing great quality creative content across all communications channels including email, internal sites (Be More Communities and World of More), social media including LinkedIn, our careers website, internal newsletter, and town hall meetings for the EU Group offices (not all on the same day!)
•Creation and execution of communications and engagement calendar in line with wider business and people strategy
•Driving and measuring engagement of internal and external communications
•Planning and running internal communications and engagement campaigns and events – both online and offline
•Playing an active role in the EU Group Office sustainability and DE&I committees
•Working as part of the global project team on developing and communicating the ASW Employer Brand.
This role would be a good fit for you if:

•You’re confident and experienced enough to challenge the status quo, and deliver end to end comms from idea to execution
•You’re a logical thinker, structured with strong project management skills
•You’re naturally curious and full of ideas. You know what’s trending and know about new technologies
•You have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and excite!
•You’re excellent at interacting with others, selling ideas, and driving engagement.
What you’ll need:
•Experience of using PPT, Adobe suit, Canva, SharePoint, and have knowledge of other tools such as Mail Chimp, Hootsuite / Fan Page Karma, and content management systems (CMS)
•2+ years experience working in a similar role in a fast paced, progressive environment, and be ready to take that next step.
