Technical Security Manager

A typical day in this role includes:
• Full operational ownership of Global Cyber Resilience Technologies (Access & Network Security) as defined by the
Senior Manager - Global Cyber Resilience (Access & Network Security)
• Producing and managing technology and process projects where applicable and acting as a technical consultant to
some business units.
• Creating and maintaining a positive working relationship across Group IT and the local business units
• Give support, direction and assistance to Local business units and Group IT with Global Cyber Resilience (Access &
Network Security) programs of work.
• The areas that will be the focus of this role are varied and will delivered over a multiyear program of works:
o Multi-Factor Authentication assurance
o Joiner, Mover, Leaver process development (IM Toolkit)
o File Server Resource Manager deployment and assurance
o Cyber Awareness Technical Support
o Security KPI unified dashboard development
o Privileged Identity Management deployment and assurance
o Bitlocker deployment and assurance
o Security Orchestration & Automation of alerts and events
o Password Manager deployment
o Support on the implementation of the XDR strategy

What you’ll need:
• A deep understanding of business risk
• Practical experience of handling security incidents
• Working experience of the core security principles
• A strong foundation in core IT services and process
• Experience in deploying new technologies and process’s
• An understanding and empathy when working with different cultures
• The ability to communicate complex models in a simple fashion
• At least 5 years of IT experience
• It would be preferable if you have a recognized security certification
