Business Transformation Manager - Data Analytics

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager – Data Analytics to drive the adoption and usage of data insights in day-to-day business undertaking. The incumbent will work with our Group teams and business units in Asia and Europe to promote a data driven culture and lead various change management activities to achieve our target.

A typical day in this Role:

• Act as a corporate champion of Data Science solution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and Business users to ensure alignment, coordination and successful execution of solution.
• Drive change management in the Group and Business teams to adopt Data science solution at process flow to improve customer satisfaction and operations efficiency.
• Measure and monitor the impacts from solution. Provide mitigation plan if needed.
• Develop and support advanced analytics if necessary.
• Promote data culture and practices in the organization.

Success will depend on:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in change management, project management and cross-team collaboration in a large organization, preferably in retail industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sharp business acumen and understanding in commercial applications of data analytic.
• Self-motivated, adaptable in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of ownership.
