Role Purpose:
This
Project Officer would
be participating in both internal & external customer research projects.
This person will work closely with the Insights Manager to support on research
project set up & coordination, data processing & analysis, and report
production.
A typical day in this Role:
- Support survey set up, data analysis and reporting, including questionnaire translation, survey link setup, data cleansing and preparation of PowerPoint charts, for both internal and external research projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, local business units (BUs) and Group cross-functional teams to properly set up and manage Retail Lab projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Work with vendors and BUs to prepare quotations (for equipment & research projects) and settle invoices with Finance team.
- Communicate clearly with vendors to ensure issues identified are fixed timely with good quality.
- Compile regular management reports from various sources of data.
- Perform other ad-hoc support on research/ Retail Lab related projects as assigned.

What we look for:
- University graduate in Business, Statistics or related disciplines
- With at least 1-year relevant working experience in project management or market research, preferably in FMCG or retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
- Ability to multi-task with good time management
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Excel and
PowerPoint
