Role Purpose:

IT Change Analyst is acting as both of an IT Trainer and IT Change Analyst to execute the upcoming Technology Change Initiatives focusing on communication, training and adoption. 


The employee will assist Group Technology Change Managers in drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organisation in compliance with Change Management methodologies in the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage.

A typical day in this Role:


Training:

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Design technical materials such as quick reference guides, cheat sheets, training guides, presentations using simple language.
  • User coaching on technology best practices.
  • IT induction for new employees
  • O365 Functional training, promotion of O365 and analyses usage reporting
  • Work with BU to deliver benefits of O365
  • Develop e-Learning modules such as bootcamp and O365 functional learning.
  • Analytics and reporting (O365 usage data / User satisfaction survey for qualitative research)

Communication:

  • Work with Group Technology Change Managers to develop and execute a communication plan
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of Change Management communications such as Podcast, Newsletter and others
  • Produce communication campaigns and events
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communication by analysing feedback & site usage data

Change Management

  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure the adoption of the IT vision
  • Contribute to Change Initiatives adoption
  • Participate in stakeholder analysis and resistance planning 
  • Work with BU to deliver benefits of O365 
  • Change management surveys, interviews with employees for qualitative research

What we look for:

  • Tertiary educated in IT or HR related discipline.
  • Certification in Training / Development (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role such as Inhouse Trainer. Experience in developing e-Learning modules using design tools (Articulate 360) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse cultural environment and highly able to build business relationship.
  • Experience in retail industries is highly preferable.
  • Able to adapt in the fast-changing pace of the retail industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage.
