Assistant Brand Manager - Exclusive Brands

Role Purpose:

Manage and grow the Exclusive Brands portfolio across Asia, strengthen category strategy with focus on providing key differentiations to customers

A typical day in this Role:

• Responsible for achieving Exclusive targets on sales growth; contract negotiation and members O+O engagement to support business growth.
• Proactively engage and collaborate with Exclusive Brand partners, local trading teams and internal cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies, brand growth and expansion plan with O+O campaigns and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research & analysis covering the Global & Asia health & beauty trends; source new and uprising brands in the markets; recruit prospective exclusive partners & facilitate new brands launch.
• Prepare regular report and analysis on Exclusive Brands performances to deliver insights for local trading teams and partners to drive sales growth.

What we look for:

• 6+ years brand management experience in health & beauty industry and/or FMCG related field.
• Result oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Passionate in health & beauty industry, stay up to trend and demonstrate strong commercial sense.
• Candidate to hold University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written & spoken).
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
