Role Purpose:

This is an important role in growing Watsons online business across Asia, providing product vision, strategy and plan for Watsons eCommerce and omnichannel solutions that work seamlessly online and offline, improving O+O customer shopping journey, driving critical projects to grow and enhance Watson’s ecosystem. He/She should be passionate about understanding user needs and pain points, and strong idea on eCommerce from backend to frontend, working with cross-functional partners to develop solutions and drive results.

A typical day in this Role:

  • Manage change request flow, and ensure business objective, key of changes, business values, KPIs measurement and cross-system requirements are clear in documentation.
  • Define product strategy and optimize our customers’ experience using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale behind product decisions.
  • Understand, define and track product performance metric, providing feedback to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, leading end-to-end success of projects from discovery to fully launch.
  • Influence key stakeholders throughout Watsons to align intent, resources, and prioritization.
  • Establish credibility by climbing the curve to understand anything at any level of depth needed related to products, development and delivery projects.

Success will depend on:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in digital product management, eCommerce both Web and APP experience preferred.
  • Solid technical experience in software development / Web / APP technologies.
  • Experienced in KPI tracking, how it relates to user experience or performance of our digital platforms.
  • Good knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, marketing.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, methodical execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
