Role Purpose:

This is an international role to support the strategic growth of Watsons Own Brand product portfolio in Asia, focusing on the branding and communication of Watsons Own Brand products (Health and Beauty), as well as the brand management of Key Focus Brands to meet customers’ needs.


A typical day in this Role:

  • Reporting to Brand Marketing Manager, Exclusives, as the Brand PIC for portfolio of brands and ranges covering both the health and beauty categories, in close collaboration with Product Development,  local BUs and marketing agencies.
  • Lead brand development and marketing communication of the brand portfolio including brand story, packaging design development, design guidelines and marketing toolkits.
  • Work closely with BUs on campaign execution.
  • Explore CRM insights from data and identify actionable recommendation pertaining to the assigned brands.
  • Responsible for budget maintenance and control for the marketing campaigns.

Success will depend on:

  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese.
  • Min. 6 years working experience in retail marketing or FMCG with university degree in marketing or communications or equivalent.
  • Brand Management in health or beauty products is preferred.  Any experience in Merchandising / product development is an advantage.
  • Regional and local experience preferred.
