Role Purpose:
This position is under Group Finance Watson's Wine Team. The role has a mix of regular management reporting, budgeting and project work. The role suits individuals with analytical and inquisitive minds who can take complex issues and break it into its component parts and then present clear and concise conclusions.
A typical day in this Role:
- Work with Finance Shared Service Centre in month-end closing, annual budget, forecast review and analysis
- Act as Finance representative in various projects to implement and achieve business initiatives, while ensuring sound controls and procedures are in place
- Lead a small team to provide analytical information, reports and presentation to senior management

Success will depend on:
- Having a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline with professional accounting qualification
- Having at least 8 years work experience in management accounting / audit role
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as detail minded
- Ability to work with diverse teams and able to engage and influence others
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Oracle or similar systems
