Role Purpose:

Lead and Manage Exclusive Brands partners recruitment and launches for Exclusive Brands products in Asia for both offline and online (O+O).

A typical day in this Role:

  • Lead the Exclusive Brand team to manage and grow the Exclusive Brand products portfolio, to identify New and uprising brands in the market and recruit prospective exclusive partners.
  • Lead the development of 'Go-to-market' plan and strategies with New & Existing Exclusive Brand partners to launch in potential markets.
  • Collaborate with Exclusive Brand partners and Local Trading teams to develop brand strategies, brand growth and expansion plan and to deploy annual marketing plans and campaigns to grow product portfolio sales and margins.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge market competitive landscape & passion for the latest beauty trend to source & develop new category opportunities to drive & lead market trend.
  • Lead the Exclusive Brand team to prepare report and analysis on Exclusive Brands performances  and provide market feedbacks to Exclusive Brand partners for marketing and promotional plans to improve sales and margin performance.

What we look for:

  • 8+ years brand management experience in beauty industry and/or FMCG related field. 
  • Strong negotiation skills, Influencing skills, networking, good interpersonal relations, excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, demonstrate excellent commercial sense and ability to inspire subordinates to constantly improve and sharpen their performance.
  • Passionate in beauty industry and desire to work with teammates & partners to achieve successes.
  • Candidate to hold University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
