Analyst Programmer / System Analyst - Global Change Management

Role Purpose:
As a Analyst Programmer / System Analyst in Global Change Management team, you will be assisting technology changes across ASW’s promotion-management systems. You will be a Subject Matter Expert, helping the business users to convert a business need to a functional solution based on existing system features. You will also help to trouble-shoot, monitor and maintain them.

A typical day in this Role:  

• Provide technical and functional support for internal business units in different countries within Asia
• Understand user requirements and perform technical analysis
• Track, report and follow up on technical issues
• Help the business users to write detailed and mature change-requests when needed
• Implement system test plan and test cases
• Implement and deploy monitoring tools and techniques
• Resolve technical problems in timely fashion

 What we look for:

• University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• 2-3 years’ solid experiences in Microsoft SQL
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an extra advantage
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
