Job Responsibilities:

  • Owns the holistic view of ASW Retail Process model
  • Propose viable approach to understand business needs (including Group functions and Asia Business Units), as to drive IT roadmap priorities
  • Act as a Business Architect role, provide input to the Enterprise Architects in terms of business capability needs, maturity, and priorities; support to form the overall IT Architecture Strategy
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects and various Application Teams, to derive new solutions to deliver business values
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic to embrace new technology from the market; bring in innovative ideas and potential solutions to drive business benefits
  • Support POC of new solution when required; prepare business case with ROI to support new opportunities
  • Present new solutions and plans to BU/ management for engagement
  • Manage priorities and conflicts from the BA teams; align with Head of EA on the proposal
  • Manage the project deliveries (e.g. RPA, BPM projects) in terms of time, budget, resources arrangement; possible to be from external vendors and in-house resources
  • Develop BAs' Retail process knowledge as to communicate and understand business’s needs
  • Assign BA’s work according to capacity and strength
  • Continuous BA improvements in terms of work quality and communications
  • As mentor to support their career growth and needs

 Job Requirements:

  • University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Proven work experience with managing large volume of projects and initiatives
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies
  • Experience using cloud based technologies and process mapping tools
  • Experience in managing large end-to-end cross-functional projects
  • Capacity to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and being comfortable in asking probing questions
  • Retail industry knowledge is a plus
  • Training in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
