Reporting to the Director – Group Human Resources (Asia), the Manager is responsible for leading the HRMS team on HR systems implementation projects for maximizing the productivity and meeting the business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders and IT to understand the business needs; transfer the needs into system specification and design the solution in alignment with business and technology strategy
  • Support new system implementation or enhancement of existing systems with performing the feasibility analysis, defining the project activities, prioritization of deliverables, set up of UAT schedule and resources required
  • Work with vendor, internal IT to manage the HR system platform and identify and resolve system issues proactively
  • Search for the best practice and new system solution to continuously improve the HRMS support structure
  • Lead and train up the HRMS team to ensure delivery of good customer service to internal clients


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 years of experiences in HRIS system implementation and support, ideally within HR function; Regional exposure will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of IT systems, e.g. Oracle
  • Proven project leadership experience and result-oriented
  • Strong in problem solving and relationship-building with different levels of stakeholders
  • Good command of English and Chinese
