This position will work in our Regional Own Brand Products Team and responsible for the development of a wide range of personal care items.

 Requirements:

  • Identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products and manage the whole product development process
  • Monitor performance of all key categories within area of responsibility and alert line manager about any major shortfalls or upside which could impact on the performance
  • Source, research and evaluate alternative suppliers in terms of product quality, production efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure correct product packaging artwork and marketing material for product promotion
  • Ensure appropriate quality of products at all times and comply with requirements to all legal/ legislative requirements
  • Work with Group Legal Team for Branding, Intelligence Properties & Trademark Protection


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 8 years experiences in relevant industry, preferably in H&B/ Retail industry with product development experience
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Good understanding of legal/ regulatory/ licensing issues relating to commodity
  • Strong analytical skills with customer insight and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
