Aim of the role

We’re looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join the Group People Team to cover 12 months maternity leave. The role sits within the People & Communications Team who’s purpose is to deliver the best possible experience to our employees across the Group in Europe, and our candidates - the future of A.S. Watson.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the end to end recruitment process, including offer and on boarding of  Group Head Office hires
  •  Be the main point of contact for any operational HR questions or issues from teams and Managers
  • To support day to day operations including employee inductions, performance, training, ER, immigration, HR administration, communication, payroll, benefits etc
  • To facilitate any movement or changes, and feed information into relevant system, process or Group team
  • Involvement in Group projects including the development of new online people suite (Cornerstone - recruitment, on boarding, learning, performance modules)
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of HR KPI’s

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience of in house recruitment and HR Administration in the UK
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • The ability to build and maintain HR reports and dashboards 
  •  Experience in developing online people systems
  •  Proactive, positive attitude with a high level of curiosity and attention to detail
