This exciting opportunity is with ASW Group DataLab team and to work closely with project stakeholders, business users and IT on implementation of CRM programs across business units.
- Work collaboratively with CRM teams across business units to plan, develop and implement CRM programs
- Perform a wide range of customer-centric analyses, including pre/post campaign evaluation
- Develop dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness on acquisition, retention and profitability
- Prepare presentations highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations based on analysis results
- University degree holder in Business / Marketing or related fields
- With keen interest in developing and implementing CRM, loyalty programs
- Excellent communication skills
