The Projects Intern will be supporting the Buying Process Re-engineering Project Team on improving buying process and transforming the process with new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings of long term process development
  • Assist in meeting preparations and documentations
  • Coordinate and update International Buying policies and manuals according to the changes of business process
  • Support Project Team to ensure projects are completed accurately and timely


Job Requirements

  • Student from any disciplines and with Interest in technology development
  • Good team player with positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Pivot Table, V-Look Up and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Good Analytical and Presentation Skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Passionate for technology such as 3D scanner, digital library
