Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for C&B operation, including but not limited to payroll, retirement plan and other benefits administration
  • Administer the employees records, and prepare HR reports and analysis
  • Participate in compensation review and market survey
  • Assist in HRIS enhancement and digitalization of various HR processes
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 

 


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of human resources working experience, preferably related to C&B
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinances and legislations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and numerical sense; detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
