Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Team Leader / Application Manager and the Business Units to be responsible for day to day system analysis, design, development, testing and system implementation
  • Collect and understand user requirements and perform technical analyst and specification writing
  • Manage issues that affect he daily running of the CRM system
  • Vendor management by defining Scope of Work, tracking cost, quality and resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with business users
  • Coordinate with other teams on interdependencies (upstream systems) that impact CRM Systems
  • Manage projects and collaborate within and cross the wider IT teams
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery Management team to ensure smooth transition from project to ongoing support

​Job Qualifications

  • University (or college) graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Previous relevant CRM development and support experience ideally from retail industry
  • Strong technical in Oracle Developer, Microsoft.NET, Java or Web based development platform
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good communication in English and Cantonese both written and spoken with spoken
  • Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
