Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis using Online & Offline data sources to deliver actionable insight
  • Support data analysis of whole eCom operations (GA, CRM, KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the division and stakeholders
  • Utilizing Google Analytics, CRM, and financial system, you will analyze customer journeys and sales cycles, using data analysis and insights to support ongoing digital strategy
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point
  • Setup tags/triggers with Google Tag Manager
  • Partner with Ecommerce operations, marketing, and creative to test hypotheses using AB and multivariate testing in order to drive incremental sales and conversion
  • Interpret business requirements from stakeholders and partner with the Technical Analyst to develop into technical requirements

​Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with web analytics for an online retailer or similar online business
  • Working experience in digital marketing, analytics and CRM management
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data – Certified in Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics; other third-party solutions are a plus
  • Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as TableauS
  • trong experience with SQL and Relational databases and scripting languages such as Shell and Python
  • Experience with predictive modeling, SQL or R a plus
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build and advance the support for digital projects and campaigns
  • Familiarity with relevant Key Performance Indicators and industry best practices for Ecommerce and Digital; experience in Ecommerce with another retailer a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
