This CRM Analyst will work with the CRM teams across Asia to support the planning and executing of CRM strategies, along with support on campaign performance evaluation 

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with CRM teams across business units to plan, develop and implement CRM programs
  • Perform a wide range of customer-centric analyses, including pre/post campaign evaluation, to formulate appropriate CRM tactics and assess program performance
  • Develop dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness on acquisition, retention and profitability
  • Prepare presentations highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations based on analysis results
  • Provide guidance and best practices to enhance CRM capabilities across business units

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Business / Marketing / Statistics / Information Management or related fields
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in developing and implementing CRM, loyalty, or direct marketing programs, preferably in retailing/ FMCG
  • Knowledge in campaign management tools (e.g. Siebel / Adobe); Experience in analytical/reporting tools (e.g. SQL / Tableau) will be an advantage
  • Strong business and marketing acumen
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
