Programme Detail:

Manage and execute impactful cross-functional projects spanning 3 to 4 assignments within a 2-year timeframe. Collaborate closely with teams in Business Intelligence, Business Transformation, CRM analytics, Research analytics, and other key departments to deliver breakthrough impacts.

Specific individual tasks may include…

• Utilize cutting-edge technology and data analysis to dissect market trends, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and craft data-driven strategies.
• Serve as an in-house consultant, identifying business problems and actionable plans to drive business enhancements.

• Support project management, overseeing all stages from planning to execution to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and globally.

• Love to dive into the world of data and business insights, helping us drive strategic decisions
• Collaborate with a vibrant team to tackle challenges and create innovative solutions

• Your tech-savviness (e.g. SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI) will be a great asset
• Previous internships or work experience in Retail or FMCG sectors will give you a head start
• Proficiency in Cantonese and fluency in English and Mandarin will set you apart
